Founded by Francie Duff and Sonia Reynolds in 2015, STABLE offers a modern take on Irish traditions, sharing the best of Irish skills and craftmanship with those who value quality, exclusivity and who appreciate the time it takes to make something special.
Ireland's thriving textile industry and rich creative culture, means Irish wool and tweed weaving are highly regarded and world renowned.
STABLE seeks out, nurtures and supports the weaving and knitting skills found across Ireland, and designs its range using the purest Irish linen, wool, cashmere and alpaca.

Working with a number of highly-skilled craftspeople, both new and established (many of whom work exclusively for them),STABLE are able to explore different techniques with its weavers and knitters to create a range of products inspired by the numerous possibilities with yarn types, thread weight, colour and pattern.

Sonia continues “Four years ago we started working with just two weavers creating a range of scarves. We have now expanded to a stable of 26 weavers, knitters, spinners and makers, with a product range that as well as clothes and fashion accessories includes our STABLE Bath, STABLE Bed and STABLE Table with rugs, throws, cushions, fabric, napkins, towels and leather home accessories.”
